Andy changes a lot throughout the story. He starts turning away from his family and friends. Andy seems like he's a really laid back character.
Andy Jackson was driving one night after the game. He and his friends were drinking and Andy crashed. Andy was killing Robert Washington. Now weeks later Andy cannot stop blaming himself about his friends death.
The story takes place in Hazelwood, Missouri. The basketball court keeps occuring in the book. The setting of the basketball court relates to Andy because he plays basketball. The era is about in the mid-90's. Because it seems like it just happened in the 10 years. The basketball court because thats where he relaxes the most.
The climax occurs when Andy crashes his car and kills his friend Robert Washington.
The author wrote this book because it has a really good story to it. The point that the author was trying to make was not to drink and drive.

7th Day Entry

The next thing that will happen in the book is that Andy will be really depresed.

6th Day Entry

"Hey, Marty, what's up?
